1. RETURN CONDITIONS
You have the right to request a “refund” and return the products, or to request their replacement with another product or products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.
In this case you are charged with:
- The cost of transporting the products.
- Insurance costs.
- Customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union.
Prerequisites for your application to be accepted are each product to be returned to:
- Be in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, in its packaging.
- Have been received, inspected and approved by the company.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
- Have not already been changed.
If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the original order, the company will not refund the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.
Caution
For orders from countries outside the European Union (category D), customs clearance of products in the country of delivery is an additional cost and is borne by the recipient. The charge is calculated differently for each country, according to the taxes applied at its customs. Our customer service department will fully inform you via email about the costs that will be charged to your order.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
The procedure followed is as follows:
Notify be email at t_apollo@otenet.gr and by phone at +30 27410 21938 within the above deadline.
You will then be sent the special “Refund” form which you will complete.
Submit us the above document completed via email at t_apollo@otenet.gr and confirm its receive.
